This course focuses on understanding organizations, how they are formed, and how they work. Various types of organizations and organizational structures will be studied. Individuals, interpersonal and groups will be studies as they relate to overall organization and its function. Students will understand their role within their organization and survey other organizational roles as well. Leaders, supervisors and organizational culture will be presented.
