SAOS6300 - Organizational Communications
3 Credits
This course presents communication theory as it pertains to the environment of the organization. Students will analyze communications issues that are internal and external to the organization. Communications theory will be applied to real workplace situations. Topics to be presented include organizational structure, strategic communications and organizational image, barriers to communication, gender, age and diversity issues, as well as crisis communication.
Prerequisites: SAOS6000 and SAOS6100
