SAOS6400 - Legal Issues For Leaders/Organizations

This course will assist the students in understanding how the legal environment relates to their decision-making. Current, common issues that occur in organizations will be presented and discussed. These include: sexual harassment, discrimination, diversity, and professional liability and negligence.
Prerequisites: SAOS6000 and SAOS6100
