SAOS6000 - Intro to the History/Theory of Leadership
3 Credits
This is an introductory course in leadership. This will provide a foundation for the history of leadership as well as various theories of leadership. An explanation of the types of leadership styles, the assessment of the student's leadership style, the manner in which leadership theory can be applied to influence behavior. Leadership will be studied as it relates to gender, age, educational and field background, and differences in organizations.
