What are the various types of personality and how do these differences affect the workplace? The work environment requires that people with many unique characteristics successfully work together. How can you identify personality differences? How can you work with people who have a variety of style? This course will introduce the various types of personality, identify the strengths and weaknesses of each type, and provide a guideline to working with each type-working to strengths and minimizing weaknesses. In addition, group dynamics will be explored: why groups are formed, why they are needed, and how they evolve into effective decision making teams in the workplace-teams comprised of individual personality styles, all with a common goal.

Prerequisites: SAOS6000 and SAOS6100
