SAOS6750 - Conflict Resolution/Negotiation

This course will explain, explore, and discuss the role of conflict in organizations. It is designed to provide knowledge of the cause of conflict and as well as how to mediate and solve conflict situations in the workplace. The student will learn to develop and refine their observation skills, and to develop the skills that provide a process-based approach to successfully navigating conflict and negotiation.
Prerequisites: SAOS6000 and SAOS6100
