Admissions Concierge
RMU knows that many adult learners feel under-resourced and need a different kind of support system to achieve success—in school, career and life.
We assign you an Admissions Concierge who serves as your constant troubleshooter. This person will keep track of all of your admissions credentials and will work with you throughout your academic career, handling issues pertaining to:
- Evaluation of academic credits
- Financial aid
- Company reimbursement
- Course selection/registration
- Adding/dropping class
- Billing concerns
- Special circumstances
Our Admissions Concierges are well-trained, and provide prompt and accurate information, in-person, by phone or email. We're here when you need us, and we track your progress. Think of us as a full-service academic support team for adult learners.
